Tracy Rubell worked in fashion for over 10 years until her neck pain, headaches and back issues forced her to retire from the industry. After trying every possible remedy, her last attempt to heal was Pilates. She fell in love with the practice, eliminated her pain and transformed her body. She committed to changing her career path and became certified as an instructor at the Pilates Sports Center of California. Her objective is to share her success story and assist others in revitalizing their physical well-being.
Tracy offers a wide variety of Pilates training. As a Pilates expert , she specializes in assisting clients with back issues, pre/post pregnancy and/ or their recovery from injuries. Additionally, she works with those simply seeking to enhance their bodies.
During her 13 years of instruction, she has worked with people 18 to 90 years of age and helped them in achieving more than they thought was possible. Whatever your fitness goal, challenge or condition, Tracy will create a personalized program to achieve your intentions.

Jenny discovered Pilates in 2012 and was immediately impressed with its challenge and benefits. She has always enjoyed fitness and has completed triathlons, practiced CrossFit, weight training and yoga. In 2019 Jenny decided to make her passion her career and started training to become a Balanced Body Pilates instructor. In 2020 she completed her Comprehensive Certification at Via Pilates.
Jenny’s favorite thing is teaching clients the strengthening benefits of Pilates because she believes being strong at any age is important for everyone. She knows Pilates has helped her to be active, strong and healthy in all areas of her life and is passionate about sharing those benefits with others!
Yvette is a professional synchronized swimmer from Birmingham, England. She competed in the 2012 Olympic Games in London and retired following the World Championships in Barcelona. Her success as an athlete allowed her to transition to synchronized swimming here and abroad. She has performed in Abu Dhabi and for Le Reve in Las Vegas prior to the COVID-19 shut down.
Throughout her career, Yvette relied on Pilates to support her rigorous training and performance schedules. She is excited to show others how Pilates can build strength, prevent injuries, and rehabilitate joint and spinal injuries.
A Colorado native, Heather started dancing at the age of 8 years old. From there as an adult she grew to love movement and fitness that contains a mind-body-spirit connection. After a dancing injury in 1991 Heather was introduced to Pilates and has been hooked ever since! Her love of Pilates is rooted from how it rehabilitated her physically, emotionally and mentally. After this injury, Heather became a certified reflexologist in 2000, and a certified life/embodiment/wellness coach in 2020. Heather's desire to heal through these methodologies, and to share this with others still thrives.
In 2007, Heather gave birth to two beautiful baby girls - twins! Through this experience she held on to her Pilates practice and received her Classical Pilates Certification in 2009. Heather has been teaching Pilates in and around the Denver metro area for 13 years, and is now excited to call Las Vegas her home! To this day Heather continues to incorporate pilates, dance, kettle bell and circuit workouts in her own personal life. Continued education is an important aspect of her teaching and what she is able to impart to her clients. Heather believes in a holistic approach to health and physical fitness and she is committed to sharing her passion of movement, rehab and healing to others.
