Tracy travels to homes and offices in Greater Las Vegas including Henderson and Summerlin. She trains you using Mat Pilates with props or on whatever Pilates equipment is available.

I couldn’t imagine not continuing Mat Pilates with Tracy. We've maintained our practice through Skype and her attention to detail, correction of form and intensity of workout did not differ one bit from being at her studio! It has been the only exercise which has successfully corrected my posture, strengthened my core and increased my mind-body connection.
